Review Policy
Updated September 15, 2023
One of the ways GlassHouse fosters transparency is by creating a place for businesses to share their experiences with one another regarding customer interactions, which helps our users make informed decisions with honest feedback from one another. Our reviews policy is intended to help ensure the feedback provided through our review system is authentic, trustworthy, and useful to our community.
Reviews must be unbiased, contain relevant information reflecting the actual experience of the reviewer, and follow our Content Policy.
Reviews should be unbiased
Reviews may only be provided in connection with a genuine business engagement. For example, users are not allowed to post a fake review in exchange for direct financial or other forms of compensation.
Reviews may not be used for the purpose of harming competition. For example, users are not allowed to post biased reviews in order to manipulate the business decisions of competitors away from working with their own client bases.
Reviews should be relevant
Reviews must provide relevant information about the reviewer’s experience with the client, prospect that would help other community members make informed business decisions.
If a review is left on a consumer where no direct interaction took place, that review may be removed from the system.
Reviews should follow our content policy
Reviews may not contain explicit, discriminatory, harmful, fraudulent, illegal or other content that violates our Content Policy.
Reporting reviews under this policy
To report a review for violating this policy, contact us.
If a review violates this policy, we may remove that review, including any associated ratings and other content. We take the removal of any review seriously and only do so where there is a clear violation of this policy. Depending on the nature of the violation, we may also restrict, suspend, or remove the associated GlassHouse account.
This policy may be applied differently in different places to reflect what local law permits or requires.
Responding to reviews
If a consumer contests the accuracy of a review, we may either reach out to the system user for additional information, in order to make a determination about removal of the review. Or we may remove the review and the client record from the global look up system upon request from the consumer. Removal of the clients global rating and reviews will not remove you from seeing your own client records but it will eliminate shared reviews across the system on the client.
Removing a review you wrote
Once a review you’ve written has been published, you can contact us to request for it to be removed.
Removing a review/rating about you as a consumer
As a consumer you may request to have your information no longer shared between vendors within GlassHouse. You can contact us to request to be removed from the global search within our software.
